We advise that you obtain a recommended independent solicitor who is based in Cyprus. Pine Grove Properties will be happy to present you with a recommended list of solicitors, however most people feel more comfortable having chosen their own.
Cypriot Law requires that each new dwelling is submitted to the local planning Authority for approval by a Professional Architect registered with the Cypriot Authorities. Therefore to support the client, Pine Grove Properties management can provide each client with the contact names of Professional Architects and support the appointment of a Registered Professional Architect to determine compliance for contract performance, payment and regulatory matters.

Payment Structure

| 3. | Completion of walls, windows, doors and plastering plus agreed extras | 25% + any additional requirements as discussed |

| 6. | Completion of items under the twelve months maintenance period | 0.5% |

SIPs homes require a 40% deposit on order, 40% on material order and 20% material costs prior to delivery. These payments are for the purchase of SIPs material and do not include the cost of foundation or drainage construction.
Please note that the client can visit the factory and inspect the materials which have been ordered for their homes. Also further visits can be arranged if they so wished to inspect the manufacturing process.
